**FINANCE INTERN**
**Profile:**
* Currently enrolled undergraduate students in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
* Must possess a mandatory internship insurance valid for 6 months to 1 year.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps).
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure timely email delivery of invoices to customers for collections follow-up
* Support invoice generation for scrap materials for plants in Mexico
* Support collections follow-up for scrap materials for plants in Mexico.
* Upload invoices to OEM portals in Mexico and reconcile with FBL5N in SAP.
* Support accounting and administrative activities
* Record material invoices
* Record transportation invoices
* Record miscellaneous invoices
* Supplier reconciliations
* Accounting entries
* Bank reconciliations
