Collaborative teamwork for an efficient workflow **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure dishes meet quality, flavor, and presentation standards; collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee efficient operations and maintain a clean and safe work environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menus, and establishment specifications. 2\. Ensure quality, flavor, and presentation of dishes served to customers. 3\. Coordinate daily kitchen activities to guarantee an efficient and organized workflow. 4\. Effectively handle conflicts and resolve issues related to kitchen staff. 5\. Implement and enforce kitchen procedures and policies to maintain food quality and consistency. 6\. Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and fryers. 7\. Receive, inspect, and store ingredients and supplies in compliance with food safety regulations. 8\. Monitor ingredient inventory and report replenishment needs to the Head Chef or Cafeteria Manager. 9\. Follow food hygiene and safety practices, ensuring food is prepared and stored safely. 10\. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to cleaning and disinfection procedures. 11\. Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure an efficient and coordinated workflow. 12\. Report any issues or procedural adjustments needed to the Head Chef or Cafeteria Manager. 13\. Adapt recipes and preparations based on customer needs and preferences. 14\. Participate in developing and testing new menus and special offers per establishment guidelines. 15\. Ensure order preparation accuracy and follow specific customer instructions. 16\.
