BENTO INT.** **PROFILE:** * *Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Administration, etc.* * Age 25 to 45 years old. * *Call center experience as a database analyst or dialer* ***verifiable call center experience of 1 to 3 years is mandatory*** **Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of data analysis to identify trends. * Establishment of processes and systems to enhance data-related work efficiency. * Maintenance of databases and data systems. * Design and organization of databases. * Creation of reports and dashboards. * Maintenance of data quality. * Optimization of performance. **Key Skills** * Analytical and logical thinking. * Database management (SQL) and statistical tools (Python, R). * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Business knowledge to contextualize data.
