Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced host or hostess in customer service to welcome, escort, and assist guests, ensuring an inclusive experience. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication regarding menus and specials REQUIREMENTS * Work experience: Minimum 1 year * Availability of time * Residing near the area (preferred) * **Intermediate English proficiency** RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. * If no tables are available, invite customers to the waiting area or bar, in accordance with the establishment's policies and services. * Escort guests to their tables. * Provide menus and wine and beverage lists to guests. * Inform guests about special dishes not included on the menu. * Ensure tables meet guests' needs—for example, providing a high chair if guests are accompanied by infants, and fully accommodating guests using wheelchairs or with other specific inclusion requirements.
