




It involves supervising daily operations at the Alterations and Tailoring Workshop, including: quality of garment alterations, proper operation and use of equipment (sewing machines, steam irons), ensuring adequate quantities and materials are available to perform tasks, with the goal of providing service and customer care. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily production. 2. Categorize garments by alteration type—Type 1 (hemming or flounces) and Type 2 (neckline adjustments, waist adjustments, jacket lengthening/shortening, sleeve shortening/lengthening, waist tightening/loosening, shoulder adjustments, back height adjustment, pant narrowing/widening)—to meet delivery deadlines. 3. Interact directly with customers requiring Alterations and Tailoring services, take measurements, mark garments, and provide guidance to ensure customer satisfaction with their alterations. 4. Maintain daily cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and materials to ensure correct garment repair processes. 5. Perform complex garment repairs requiring review and rework, and train operators and tailors as needed.
