Corporate Training Manager **Location:** Morelia, Michoacán **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1 hour lunch break) and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Salary:** $12,000 monthly **Main Responsibilities:** * Design the annual/monthly corporate training plan. * Deliver training primarily via video call (Teams, Zoom, Meet, etc.). * Develop instructional and audiovisual materials (presentations, guides, TikTok-style or Reels videos). * Evaluate training effectiveness and measure performance indicators. * Conduct occasional store visits to understand operations. * Update content according to new products or promotions. \* * **Requirements:** * Age: **28 to 40 years** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or sales training (preferably in retail or telecommunications). * Public speaking skills and ability to lead groups. * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. * Proficiency with videoconferencing tools and basic video editing. * Creativity to produce attractive and clear content. * **Availability to travel occasionally.** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication or Pedagogy **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $12,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunity to propose new training and internal communication ideas.
