Responsibilities: * Manage, control, and ensure the safeguarding of information, monetary assets, values, and material resources for operations. * Ensure accurate and proper execution and submission of operational closings. * Provide high-quality support and service to the commercial area, internal customers, and regional suppliers. * Carry out and coordinate activities related to managing the regional workforce (employee movements, various procedures). * Supervise management of the regional fleet, material resources, and preservation and maintenance of movable and immovable assets in the region. * Reconcile cash flows against customer portfolio base, payment scheduling, invoicing, cash closings, etc. * Ensure customer service and satisfaction, acting as a communication link between departments. * Manage and follow up on purchases, services, and negotiations with regional suppliers when required. * Coordinate activities related to recruitment, hiring, transfers, and onboarding/offboarding of employees in the region. * Ensure accurate recording in institutional systems of all operations and transactions carried out in the region.
