Location: **Morelia, Mich.** **Job Requirements:** \- Minimum university education **with a degree in engineering**, preferably in telecommunications, industrial, or related fields. \- Experience in Networks and Telecommunications. \- **Knowledge** of teamwork, **personnel supervision**, conflict resolution, and results orientation. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the installation technician team. \- Ensure proper operation of communication networks and systems. \- Effectively manage the work team. \- Conduct detailed supervision to ensure compliance with regulations. \- Prepare daily reports on work completed that day. Compensation and additional benefits: \- Monthly salary ranging from 14500 to 16000\. \- Life insurance. \- Company vehicle. \- Fuel allowance.
