Identify hazards and conduct risk analysis for highway construction activities. Conduct daily inspection tours and generate reports with supporting evidence. Manage and maintain logs, incident reports, work permits, checklists, and photographic evidence. Coordinate safety inductions, daily safety talks, and training sessions. Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safe procedures. Ensure order and cleanliness. COMPETENCIES Organization, leadership, and firm interpersonal skills.
