




PROFILE Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or related field (degree holder or intern) Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year preferred in safety-related roles Gender: No preference Age: No preference REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Office software proficiency (standard/automatic license valid) Understanding and knowledge of current regulations (NOM-030-STPS-2009 and NOM-031-STPS-2011) Industrial Safety 5S Methodology MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Implement, supervise, and update the Construction Site Safety and Hygiene Program. Identify hazards and conduct risk analysis for highway construction activities. Conduct daily inspection tours and generate reports with supporting evidence. Manage and maintain logs, incident reports, work permits, checklists, and photographic evidence. Coordinate safety inductions, daily safety talks, and training sessions. Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safe procedures. Ensure order and cleanliness. COMPETENCIES Organization, leadership, and firm interpersonal skills.
