




We are looking for a Receptionist for a hotel in the city center. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring customer satisfaction from the moment they arrive at the hotel until departure. You must be someone with exceptional customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and a focus on guest needs. Your day-to-day will involve managing the hotel front desk, including guest check-in/check-out, answering phone calls, and resolving any issues that arise. You must be able to remain calm and provide effective solutions in high-pressure situations. Additionally, you will serve as the link between guests and other hotel departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. A helpful attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are required. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in hotel reception is a plus, although not essential if you possess the necessary skills. This is an on-site position, and you should be available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
