




**Responsibilities:** 1\. Preparation and review of pre\-payroll. 2\. Control and management of attendance incidents: absences, delays, overtime, vacations, disabilities. 3\. Preparation, calculation, and review of weekly/biweekly/monthly payrolls in the NOi system. 4\. Management of registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS and INFONAVIT. 5\. Calculation and payment of taxes (Income Tax, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Fonacot). 6\. Preparation of reports and payroll cost indicators by project or site. 7\. Addressing and resolving employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. 8\. Compliance with applicable labor and tax legislation. **Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 2\. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll management (preferably with employee rosters exceeding 500). 3\. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT regulations. 4\. Experience with payroll systems (e.g., NOI, SUA, IDSE). 5\. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. 6\.
