Development of a care plan to maintain capabilities Nurse with a bachelor's degree and official title or internship certificate. \-Knowledge of elderly care management \-Empathy toward the elderly. \-Knowledge of common pathologies affecting the elderly \-Possession of theoretical and specific knowledge, as well as the ability to develop competencies and skills required to assume responsibility for decisions and actions. \-Assume responsibility for professional development and contribute to team members' growth. \-Facilitate adaptation to new situations. \-Provide necessary care through a care plan to maintain and restore overall capabilities, and to prevent or delay complications arising from future disabilities.
