Documentation management and payroll control **Job Objective:** Support the Human Resources department in the administrative and operational management of recruitment, selection, and personnel control processes, ensuring proper documentation filing and timely follow-up on payroll incidents. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and schedule initial interviews with applicants. * Request and follow up on professional references for final candidates. * Assist in drafting and managing contracts, notices, and internal documentation. * Create, organize, and maintain physical personnel files. * Record, register, and track payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities, leaves of absence). * Manage payrolls (printing, signing, and filing). Education: Technical or completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: 1 year in Human Resources.
