This position is critical and offers the opportunity to work side-by-side with company leaders, ensuring efficiency and the necessary support for the continued growth of our Carl's Jr. franchises. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Management Support:** Direct and highly confidential assistance to company Directors in managing their schedules, communications (call screening, emails), and meeting preparations. * **Document Management:** Organization, filing, and control of corporate documentation, contracts, personnel files, and executive reports. * **Logistics and Coordination:** Coordination of travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics for internal and external Management meetings. * **Budget Control:** Support in tracking and controlling administrative expenses. * **Internal Communication:** Preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, and internal announcements to a high professional standard. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Technical degree or completed/unfinished undergraduate degree in business or administrative fields (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Executive Assistant). * **Experience:** Minimum **2–3 years of verifiable experience** as a Management Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role—preferably within the Food & Beverage (franchise) or Retail sectors. * **Key Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**. * Excellent **organizational, planning**, and **confidentiality management** skills. * **Proactive, solution-oriented**, and detail-focused. * **Outstanding verbal and written communication skills**, with ability to interact at the executive level. * **We Offer:** * **Direct employment** with Ginarma. * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience. * **Statutory benefits** and above-standard perks (grocery vouchers, minor medical expense insurance, etc. *to be specified if applicable*). * **Professional development opportunities** within a prestigious franchise operator. * A **professional work environment**, with direct interaction with Management.
