Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage the procurement of raw materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of inputs in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the procurement of raw materials and supplies. 2. Negotiates prices and terms with suppliers. 3. Collaborates with production and logistics teams. We are looking for an immediate **Procurement Assistant** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable procurement experience. * Personal transportation means to commute to the company (preferred). * Relevant bachelor's degree. * Experience in negotiation and ERP systems. **Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of raw materials and supplies required for the efficient operation of our business. Your role will involve supplier analysis, price and term negotiation, and order and delivery tracking. You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date inventory and ensuring the availability of critical supplies. Additionally, you must collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve any supply-related issues and efficiently manage purchasing processes. Prior experience in procurement, supplier management, and negotiation is required. You must possess strong organizational and effective communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems.
