Conduct interviews with internal and external candidates to fill company vacancies. Evaluate applicants' competencies and skills, as well as verify employment references. Coordinate and execute local and foreign hiring for requested positions. Compile personnel files for new hires. Attend job fairs and search for employer job boards. Manage and measure recruitment and selection process indicators. Support and monitor recruitment for various positions, and assist with recruitment methods and tools.
