Manage the company's daily administration. Manage the company's daily collections. Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency. Analyze and report on financial matters. Manage KPIs for own department and departments under supervision. Manage and supervise compliance with established policies and regulations. · Requirements Experience in strategic planning and compliance. Previous experience as an Administration and Operations Manager in financial institutions. Knowledge of banking and financial regulations. Knowledge of departments including regulatory compliance, accounting, human resources, and collections. Assertive leadership. Results-oriented mindset. Ability to lead and motivate work teams.
