We operate a network of **+9,000 media assets** (billboards, digital screens, signage, and more), ensuring maximum reach across major cities in Mexico and Latin America. **Your Mission: Guarantee Financial Health and Tax Compliance** We are seeking a General Accountant responsible for **ensuring strict tax compliance and internal accounting management at Naranti MX.** Your objective is to transform financial information into a strategic decision-making tool, guaranteeing operational protection against regulatory authorities and optimizing tax burden under current legal frameworks. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Lead the complete monthly accounting cycle**, ensuring accurate records and timely closings. * Design and implement **tax strategy** to ensure **legal tax optimization.** * Manage calculation, filing, and payment of **federal and state taxes.** * Supervise and validate compliance with **social security obligations.** * Address and resolve **technical inquiries or clarifications** requested by regulatory authorities. * Implement **materiality and economic substance protocols** to ensure **deductibility of transactions.** * Generate **monthly financial statements and profitability reports** for Executive Management. **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (**Degree mandatory**). * **+3 years of verifiable experience** in comprehensive accounting, tax, and payroll management. * Up-to-date knowledge of annual tax reforms and CFDI 4.0. * Proficiency in accounting systems (**COI, CONTPAQ**, or similar). * Analytical ability for reconciliation of XML files, bank statements, and accounting records. * Focus on internal controls, organization, and adherence to institutional deadlines. **What We Offer:** * **$18,000 – $22,000 MXN** net monthly + **Performance Bonus** (subject to departmental KPIs). * **Statutory Benefits + Additional Benefits.** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. * **Location:** Paseo de los Eucaliptos #172, Col.
