Support in quotations and tracking of local invoicing. 2. Organization and filing of documentation. 3. Formatting of expense reports and vehicle tracking. Job Objective: Assist in executing administrative procedures through proper handling of assigned documentation to ensure task compliance across various administrative departments. Responsibilities: Organize and file all types of documents. Support in local procurement quotations. Track local invoicing. Format employee expense reports for submission to accounting. Assist in vehicle control tracking. Print and scan estimation-related documents. Required Experience (2 years): Information updating, registration and storage, photocopying Filing, telephone support, quotations Microsoft Office – Basic/Intermediate.
