We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual with manual skills to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and quality of our facilities, contributing to maintaining a safe and appropriate learning environment for our entire educational community. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform required general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and installations. * Actively collaborate in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and infrastructure. * Guarantee the safety and quality of the institution’s physical facilities. * Proactively identify and diagnose malfunctions, resolve issues, and operate necessary machinery. * Conduct periodic inspections of buildings and systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.). * Work collaboratively to ensure functionality and operational readiness across all areas. **Candidate Requirements:** * Demonstrable prior experience in general maintenance, repairs, and installations. * Minimum education level: high school diploma (in progress or completed). * Outstanding manual dexterity and ability to read and interpret diagrams. * High attention to detail, dynamism, and ease in teamwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. **Fixed Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Location:** Av.
