




**Position Purpose** To coordinate and execute key Human Resources processes with a generalist approach, ensuring proper talent management, compliance with internal policies and labor legislation, as well as providing support to leaders and employees to foster a productive, organized work environment aligned with organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities** **1**. Organizational Culture and Well-being **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field. **Experience** * 3 to 5 years in Human Resources positions **with a generalist focus**. * Experience in recruitment, personnel administration, employee support, and labor relations. **Technical Knowledge** * Mexican labor legislation. * Recruitment and selection processes. * Incident management and payroll support. * Training and development. * Proficiency with digital tools (Excel, ATS, HR ERP systems). * Organizational culture and workplace climate processes. Net salary $12,000.00 plus hiring bonus. Work schedule from 9 am to 6 pm Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.
