We invite you to join our team as **Quality Manager**. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Management, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a similar position. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for product release * Validation of goods receipt for storage * Compliance with customer-specific quality standards * Training of direct and indirect team members * Coordination of personnel under supervision * Document control management * Implementation and enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) * Monitoring and implementation of performance indicators * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Hygiene regulations **Mandatory Qualifications:** · Proficiency in inspection activities for receiving, processing, and shipping. · Development of procedures and forms within the Quality Management System (QMS). · Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards. **Competencies:** · Process-oriented mindset · Organized · Honest · Proactive Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
