Position: Operations Supervisor – Agribusiness Location: Morelia, Michoacán (with frequent travel to Acámbaro, Gto.) We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Supervisor to coordinate field, packaging, and sales operations across all areas. ⸻ ✅ Key Responsibilities: Supervision of operational areas: * Coordinate and supervise activities in: * Planting and harvesting modules * Packaging and packing * Procurement and supplies department * Verify compliance with agricultural production plans and packaging schedules. * Supervise quality and food safety standards across all processes. * Monitor operational indicators and propose improvement plans. * Supervise and report on operational staff efficiency in the field and at the facility. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural and packaging machinery. * Assist in weekly planning of field and packaging activities. * Verify availability of inputs, materials, and human resources. * Ensure production records, yield, quality, and traceability data are up to date. * Prepare executive reports on production progress, key indicators, and operational findings. * Coordinate with management for strategic decision-making. Marketing and exports: * Identify and contact potential international clients, primarily in the U.S. * Establish business relationships via email, phone, or video call (in English). * Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate export logistics. * Assist in administrative tasks related to international sales (quotations, technical sheets, traceability, etc.). Ideal Profile: * Education: Degree in Agronomy, Agroindustrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Minimum experience: 2 years in operational supervision within agro-industrial, agricultural, or packaging companies. * English: Intermediate to advanced level (essential). Ability to conduct business conversations and read/write technical emails and forms. * Technology: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, email, and planning tools (Google Workspace, Trello, ERP desirable). * Valid driver's license (desirable).
