Operational Tracking and Logistics Cost Control **Aralo Express** **Job Objective:** Establish strategies for securing and coordinating export trips from Mexico to the United States, increasing productivity of B1 fleet units while ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and customer service requirements. **Requirements:** ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field ✅ Age: 20–35 years ✅ 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred) ✅ Intermediate English proficiency ✅ Intermediate–Advanced Excel proficiency **Key Knowledge Areas:** Mexico–U.S. foreign trade (exports, USMCA/T-MEC, customs entries, documentation) International land logistics (FTL/LTL, border crossings, transloading) SCT and FMCSA regulations Shipment tracking and proof-of-delivery (POD) documentation control ERP, GPS, and customer portal systems operation **Main Responsibilities:** Planning and coordination of exports to the U.S. and imports Operational tracking and logistics cost control Direct communication with customers in Mexico and the U.S. Incident management and rate negotiation KPI and quality standard compliance (ISO 9001:2015) Coordination with internal departments and external vendors
