**Job Objective:** Ensure the availability and optimal performance of assigned drivers and units, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with the organization's internal policies through appropriate administrative, operational, and disciplinary management. **Responsibilities:** Ensure driver availability per unit by analyzing operational roles to maintain continuous and efficient operations. Manage the driver workforce, considering leaves, vacations, reassignments, and disabilities, through an updated and consecutive record system. Verify the mechanical and physical condition of units through inspections and delivery\-reception reports between operators, ensuring compliance with cleanliness, appearance, tools, and fire extinguisher validity. Analyze reports from departments such as Inspection, Services, Productivity, Revenue Collection, Maintenance, and customer service to address operator-related issues, maintaining discipline according to company policies. Receive, document, and analyze incidents (partial or total damages), preparing detailed reports to determine responsibilities. Control and keep updated the documentation of drivers and vehicles to comply with legal regulations, avoiding sanctions from the SCT. Supervise driver performance through analysis of income, fuel consumption, and speeding reports to promote competitiveness. Calculate and request payments for compensations arising from extraordinary activities (canceled trips, standby duties, transfers, low-income shifts), protecting the operator's economic income. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related field (desirable). Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation operational coordination or logistics. Knowledge of SCT regulations. Ability to manage operational indicators and prepare reports. Proficiency in Office software (Intermediate to advanced Excel). Analytical skills, conflict resolution, and operational leadership abilities.
