### **Position: Accounting Manager in MORELIA** We are looking for a highly qualified **Accounting Manager** with solid experience in accounting firms and comprehensive accounting management for multiple companies. If you're seeking a new professional challenge within a dynamic and growing organization, we'd love to meet you! ✅ **Essential Requirements:** * Certified Public Accountant (preferably with professional license). * **Over 10 years of verifiable experience** in accounting firms. * Experience working with **corporate entities** and managing the accounting operations of **\+20 companies simultaneously** (verifiable). * **More than 5 years of experience** in private companies, with a focus on fiscal and financial compliance. * Solid knowledge of **Mexican fiscal and financial regulations**. * Proficiency with **accounting ERP systems** (e.g.: CONTPAQi, SAP, NetSuite, among others) – **desirable**. * Experience in **managing and leading accounting teams**. * Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and strategic planning abilities. **Desirable:** * Knowledge and experience in **ERP system implementation or improvement**. * Experience with **financial statements consolidation**. * Experience in sectors such as services, technology, or e-commerce is a plus. **Location:** Morelia, Michoacán **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 09:00 \- 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 14:00
