We offer **continuous training, Apple certification, and real career growth** within a leading company in Latin America. **What will you do?** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. * Diagnose, attend to, and deliver personalized solutions for devices. * Follow up on completed services. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet departmental metrics and performance indicators. **What are we looking for in you?** * High school diploma or completed technical program. * Minimum of **1 year of experience** in computer and mobile device repair. * Experience in customer service and client support. * Residence near the work location. * Full-time availability. **Schedule** * Monday through Sunday * Rotating shifts: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. // 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * **Rotating weekday rest days** **We Offer** * Monthly base salary of **$9,900 gross** * **Commissions of 9% to 20%** on services performed * Punctuality bonus * Monthly food vouchers **Statutory and Enhanced Benefits** * **Apple Certified Macintosh Technician** certification * Profit-sharing (approx. 3 months) * Salary increase at the **fourth month** * Life insurance * Savings fund * 100% IMSS contributions * Direct and indefinite-term employment contract * Professional stability and development * **Additional benefits upon permanent placement** * Productivity bonus * Savings fund * Employee discounts with Apple and other prestigious brands * Christmas bonus **Work Location:** MacStore Morelia **Apply through this channel** if you meet the profile.
