




**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field. * Graduate studies in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Administration (desirable). * \+5 years of experience in OD, talent or HR in leadership roles. * Proven experience in organizational design, competency models, performance evaluation, organizational change, workplace climate and training. * Experience leading change management and cultural transformation processes. * Ability to implement practices, behaviors and values aligned with the desired culture. * Experience managing personnel. * Proficiency with assessment platforms, LMS and HR data analytics. * Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. * Intermediate English.
