Lead personnel to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in customer service. **BÁSICOS — A leading consumer products marketing company with over 40 years in the market, present across most of the national territory and managing over 4,500 different products — requires:** **Position: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS)** Work Location: Cortazar, Guanajuato **Job Profile and Responsibilities:** Education: Bachelor’s degree / Engineering JOB OBJECTIVE: Execute and validate inventory administration processes, manage warehouse storage systems, and ensure product availability in correct quantities and at the right time, based on organizational growth requirements — by leading assigned personnel, thereby enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery to internal and external customers, and enabling smooth supply chain operations. Ensure inventory control and proper management of locations through: * Correct picking assignment based on turnover (line balancing). * Coordinating physical transfers between codes applied in DKGPO. * Optimizing location storage capacity. (Storage density report) * Tracking the location of virtual pallets reported by the system. * Resolving various incidents involving surplus, missing, or misallocated goods to guarantee the established fill-rate level. Analyze and ensure items possess the necessary attributes for proper administration within the warehouse.
