**JOB OPENING: SYSTEMS MANAGER** -------------------------------- **Location:** Morelia, Michoacán **Working Hours:** * **Monday–Friday:** 09:00–18:00 * **Saturday:** 09:00–14:00 * **Includes 1-hour lunch break** ### **Education (Mandatory)** * Bachelor’s degree in **Systems Engineering**, **Information Technologies**, **Computer Science**, **Computational Sciences**, or related field. * A **graduate degree** in IT Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management is desirable but not mandatory. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * **+10 years of verifiable experience in the manufacturing industry** in IT roles. * Experience leading full **Systems / IT departments**. * Proven, substantial experience in: * **ERP implementation** * **Proficiency in NetSuite** * **Work with Oracle** (administration, integration, or development) * Experience in **AI-based project development and implementation**. * Experience in **Custom Development Services (CDS)** for software or technology solutions. * **Intermediate–advanced English proficiency**. ### **Desirable Technical Competencies (in current market demand)** * Knowledge of **cybersecurity**, risk management, and standards: ISO 27001, NIST. * Experience in **process automation (RPA)**. * Infrastructure and cloud administration (**AWS, Azure, GCP**). * Database management: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle DB. * Experience with **Power BI**, BI, and data analytics. * Project management methodologies: **Scrum, Agile, PMI**. * Knowledge of **IoT applied to manufacturing**. * Integrations via **APIs** and management of hybrid architectures. ### **Soft Skills** * Strategic leadership and IT team management. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Clear and effective communication with operational and executive teams. * Planning, innovation, and results orientation. * Change management and digital transformation capability.
