




Job Summary: You will be the first point of contact for customers, converting opportunities into sales by advising on industrial equipment and managing the entire sales cycle. Key Highlights: 1. Key point for converting opportunities into real sales. 2. You will advise clients from the industrial, construction, and mining sectors. 3. End-to-end management of the sales cycle, from leads to after-sales. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and a key player in converting opportunities into real sales. You will handle and close sales originating from: Incoming calls Emails E-commerce leads (Shopify / website) WhatsApp You will work with clients from the following sectors: Industrial, construction, mining, and residential—advising them to select the right equipment (not merely taking orders). Key Responsibilities: Respond to leads within minutes, not hours. Qualify prospects using a technical-commercial approach. Identify customers’ actual needs (not just what they request). Ask key questions such as: What voltage do you use? Is it single-phase or three-phase? What application do you need (pressure, drainage, irrigation, wastewater)? Recommend solutions (pumps, filtration systems, hydraulic equipment). Prepare and follow up on quotations until closing the sale. Manage multiple conversations simultaneously (phone, email, and WhatsApp). Record and track interactions in the CRM. Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure repeat purchases.
