Position: Warehouse Supervisor Job Description: Ensure the integrity of the warehouse inventory by performing daily counts and physical inventories according to current procedures, timely adjusting discrepancies found between physical and theoretical stock. Achieve monthly performance indicators established by the organization. Comply with the processes for goods receiving and dispatching. Deliver reports, transfers, or adjustments to branches on time. Guarantee product rotation processes within the warehouse (first in, first out). Required Competencies: · Team management · Analytical skills · Numerical ability · Teamwork · Service attitude · Office software proficiency · Decision-making · Adaptability · Effective communication · Intermediate English level or higher Areas Under Supervision: · E-commerce packing area · Warehouse area · Sales floor or display area · Spare parts warehouse Direct Support Areas: · Delivery logistics · Purchasing · Services · Sales Note: Provide support and assistance to resolve issues for any department requiring it ACTIVITIES · Direct, control processes and methods for preparing merchandise for e-commerce sales. · Manage resources used in the warehouse. · Manage dispatch of merchandise for the e-commerce department. · Manage dispatch, transfer, or reservation of merchandise for branches. · Generate merchandise transfers to different warehouses. · Manage returned equipment, generate lists and files for equipment. · Monitor compliance with inventory control procedures. · Define inventory control processes. · Control storage conditions, locations, and stock levels. · Determine the most suitable location for storing merchandise, ensuring easy identification, retrieval, storage, and packaging based on product characteristics. · Manage and identify first-in, first-out processes, using date identifiers on equipment. · Monitor merchandise turnover rates and obsolescence. · Notify purchasing immediately upon arrival of damaged or incomplete products. · Identify slow-moving products. · Identify slow-moving products across different branches or warehouses. · Identify products with increasing demand. · Analyze, evaluate, and update maximum and minimum stock levels for restocking. · Update supplier line statuses (obsolete, balance, clearance, equipment, spare parts). · Generate alternative keys and codes. · Create labels and codes for e-commerce labeling. · Record products rejected by customers through the sales department. · Organize merchandise displays on the sales floor and optimize store layout. · Supply necessary or missing equipment in the display area. · Notify relevant departments or branches when special orders or equipment arrive at the distribution center. · Create files for special orders. · Verify that branch minimum inventory levels are maintained. · Design and generate product labels. · Record serial numbers of equipment upon merchandise arrival. · Load and unload merchandise. · Inspect transferred merchandise during loading onto transport vehicles. · Classify and organize merchandise. · Conduct cyclic and periodic inventories. · Conduct cyclic and periodic inventories at branches and warehouses. · Perform physical and system inventory adjustments. · Generate merchandise orders. · Coordinate warehouse cleaning. · Attend work meetings, meetings, and training sessions. · Meet performance indicators. · Perform any other activities required by operational demands.
