




Being part of GNU means being different, contributing positively and ecologically to society, while developing as a person and growing as part of our talent in the position of: **"Operations Manager"** **What you need:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * 5 years of experience coordinating and supervising logistics personnel, complex supply operations, strategy development, fuel distribution, and audits. * Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM, Power BI). * Availability to travel. * Valid driver's license and driving ability. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Main responsibilities:** Optimize processes, systems, and operational policies to increase productivity and efficiency. Ensure proper functioning. Ensure availability of supplies and resources for operations. Monitor and track budgets, costs, and financial resources of the department. Coordinate staffing, training, and development of operational personnel. Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management. Identify and eliminate operational barriers that limit efficiency. Participate in strategic planning and continuous business improvement.
