Ensure proper functioning. Ensure availability of supplies and resources for operations. Monitor and track budgets, costs, and financial resources of the department. Coordinate staffing, training, and development of operational personnel. Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management. Identify and eliminate operational barriers that limit efficiency. Participate in strategic planning and continuous business improvement.
