Support in key accounting and administrative functions Company in Salamanca, Gto. is seeking an **Accounting Assistant** Main Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. ✅ 2–4 years of experience in accounting, tax, or administrative-accounting roles. ✅ Experience with invoicing, CFDI, and payment complements. ✅ Recording of income, expenses, expenditures, and bank transactions. ✅ Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. ✅ Familiarity with CONTPAQi, SAT portal, electronic invoicing systems, and electronic banking is desirable. ✅ Organized, analytical, responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated by professional growth. General Responsibilities: Support in invoicing, accounting entries, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable management, review of fiscal/accounting documentation, follow-up with suppliers, customers, and producers, as well as preparation of administrative and accounting reports.
