




At the **Morelia Airport**, we are looking for a responsible person for the operation of operational platforms, support to internal users, applying necessary controls to monitor the performance of services offered, as well as tracking and managing each of the projects under their responsibility, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs for technology and operational services **Work location:** Km 27 Carretera Morelia Zinapécuaro, C.P. 58920, Álvaro Obregón **Essential Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar * Proven experience in technical support, project management, second-level support, resource administration, requirement detection, and change management. **Knowledge:** · Intermediate level English **Skills** * Initiative * Service vocation * Problem solving **Job Responsibilities:** · Evaluate user computing equipment requirements, coordinate their allocation, and maintain records of assignments. · Plan and execute system development projects according to established methodology. · Coordinate with vendors incident resolution, integration, and testing in accordance with established SLAs. · Provide support and training to other SIAP and airport areas for the proper use of information systems. · Keep informed and provide first-level support for the company's operational systems. · Identify needs related to the support of assigned information systems, plan and deliver required user training. · Apply and improve assigned processes and tools for job performance. · Develop, implement, and maintain standards and procedures defined for department operations. · Attend to and follow up on internal and/or external audits conducted. · Assist management in preparing departmental reports. · Assist management in preparing and monitoring the department budget. · Understand customer needs to establish and formalize customer/project requirements. · Classify requirements. · Validate requirements with users. · Collaborate in executing functional tests in the user environment. · Define changes to agreed functionality jointly with the user. · Act as the liaison with user departments for assigned projects. · Inform users about project status. · Maintain documentation that must be presented to the user regarding the project. · Validate requirements and resolve incidents. · Manage requirement changes. · Track projects, including follow-up minutes, start and completion records. · Enhance the knowledge base regarding recurring questions and issues encountered. · Collect/propose product improvement suggestions for incorporation.
