




**Position Objective:** The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategies, processes, and tools that drive the organization's growth, productivity, and cultural alignment. Their role is to strengthen the organizational structure, develop internal capabilities, and ensure teams have the necessary conditions to achieve the business’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement organizational development initiatives that strengthen the company's structure, culture, and operational efficiency. * Lead change management initiatives to drive the evolution of organizational culture, ensuring the adoption of new practices, behaviors, and values across the company. * Ensure accurate updating and administration of organizational structures, job profiles, and position descriptions. * Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of the competency model, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Manage, supervise, and improve performance evaluation, talent, potential, and succession planning processes. * Develop and implement change management strategies that facilitate the adoption of new structures, systems, and processes. * Coordinate organizational climate and culture assessments and ensure execution of improvement actions. * Define and execute the annual training plan, ensuring technical and leadership skill development across the organization. * Supervise the proper administration and operation of the LMS and other evaluation and learning platforms. * Analyze key talent metrics (turnover, performance, productivity, climate, organizational coverage) and consolidate executive reports to support decision-making. * Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are up to date, clear, and executed in accordance with internal regulations. * Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment between organizational strategy and talent needs. * Coordinate activities of the team under their supervision to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Develop and manage the department's annual budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. * Graduate studies in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Administration (desirable). * +5 years of experience in OD, talent, or HR in leadership roles. * Proven experience in organizational design, competency models, performance evaluation, organizational change, work climate, and training. * Experience leading change management and cultural transformation processes. * Ability to implement practices, behaviors, and values aligned with the desired culture. * Experience managing personnel. * Proficiency with evaluation platforms, LMS, and HR data analytics. * Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel. **Benefits** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm **Employment Type:** Full-time, On-site, 100% permanent **Salary:** $50,000 to $70,000 MXN gross monthly **Benefits exceeding legal requirements** **Life Insurance** **Major Medical Expenses Insurance** **50% Vacation Bonus** **Monthly grocery vouchers worth 1,000 pesos** **Annual performance bonus** **Punctuality and attendance award** **Location:** On-site in Morelia, Michoacán Job type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expenses insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * Do you live in Morelia, Michoacán?
