At **Abarrotes La Violeta**, a solid and continuously growing company, we are looking for a **Head of the Accounting Department** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all accounting activities of the team. * Ensure timely and accurate recording of the company's financial transactions and those of its branches. * Prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, among others). * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current tax regulations. * Calculate and file monthly and annual tax returns. * Implement and strengthen accounting and financial controls. * Support internal and external audits, as well as asset control and documentation. * Evaluate the company’s profitability and propose improvement strategies. * Identify automation and efficiency opportunities through the use of ERP systems. * Analyze the financial status of branches and provide strategic recommendations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Public Accounting, Finance, or related field** (certified). * Minimum of **5 years of experience** in general accounting and **3 years in leadership roles**. * Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, or others). * Solid knowledge of **Mexican Financial Information Standards (NIF)** and Mexican tax regulations. * **Advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, reconciliations, formulas). * Strong **leadership, analytical, organizational, and results-oriented skills**. **Desirable** * Experience in companies with multiple branches or business units. * Knowledge of **DIOT, ISR, VAT, and informational filings**. * Participation in **ERP system implementation or migration**. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary.** * **Legal benefits and/or above-standard benefits.** * **Job stability** and professional development opportunities. **Inquiries and Applications** WhatsApp: 4434 7171 96 Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
