Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. * 2 years of experience as warehouse supervisor, operations and logistics in retail companies. * Availability to work flexible hours. Responsibilities: Ensure achievement of established performance indicators by managing resources and making decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse operations, guaranteeing service levels to internal and external customers. Manage and safeguard warehouse inventories by monitoring counts performed by Warehouse Supervisors to maintain accurate inventory control and prevent discrepancies. Coordinate daily operational activities in the warehouse through proper allocation of resources. Minimize and control losses generated during daily warehouse operations by ensuring proper storage layout and organization.
