Francisco Villa, CP 58880.** **REQUIREMENTS: MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, OR SIMILAR DEGREES, MINIMUM ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY ASSURANCE, PRODUCTION** * Measuring instruments (analog and digital) * Durometer * CMM machines Contura and O-Inspect * Interpretation of blueprints * Interpretation of tables (hardness, threads, etc.) * Use of gauges * Proficiency with Office software * Personnel management * Calypso software operation * Advanced knowledge of quality control tools and techniques (Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, etc.). * Knowledge of CNC machinery and machining processes. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * 1.- Supervise and coordinate all quality control-related activities. * 2.- Implement quality control procedures and methodologies. * 3.- Identify and manage non-conformities * 4.- Maintain detailed records of non-conformities and corrective actions taken. * 5.- Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits. * 6.- Ensure compliance with applicable quality regulations and standards. * 7.- Train personnel on quality procedures and good manufacturing practices. * 8.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the plant. * 9.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all quality control activities. * 10.- Prepare quality performance reports and present them to management. * 11.- Implement continuous improvement and process optimization programs. * 12.- Supervise the calibration and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment. **Working Hours**: * **Monday to Friday** from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with one hour for lunch. * **Saturday** from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. **Benefits**: * Weekly pay. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Possibility of indefinite-term contract.
