Position: Marketing Manager Location: Morelia Modality: In-person Company: MLashes & Mein Beauty At MLashes and Mein Beauty, we are seeking a Marketing Manager with strategic vision, creativity, and leadership skills to continue driving the growth and positioning of our brands in the beauty industry. Main Responsibilities * Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across all branches (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). * Create and implement digital strategies and product launch campaigns. * Develop new packaging and coordinate with design and photography teams. (Desirable) * Establish and manage relationships with content creators and external vendors. * Plan, organize, and coordinate brand events. * Provide guidance to branches on digital marketing, sales improvement, and resolution of recurring issues. * Monitor complaints and improvement opportunities, channeling solutions to management. * Prepare performance reports and proposals for continuous improvement. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. * Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management. * Proficiency in Meta Ads (essential). * Knowledge of design, photography, and content editing (desirable). * Leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive, creative, and results-oriented.
