**Location:** **Morelia, Michoacán** ------------------------------------- **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Junior Credit Risk Manager** with solid experience in evaluating, managing, and monitoring credit for clients in the manufacturing, hardware, plastic, glass, or transformation sectors. The role requires leadership within the risk department, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to present strategic results to senior management. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and manage credit risk for current and potential clients. * Coordinate and monitor the **client portfolio**, ensuring timely credit recovery. * Develop strategies for onboarding and assessing **new clients**. * Monitor and report key credit risk indicators and portfolio performance. * Present periodic analysis and results to senior management. * Coordinate credit and collections policies, processes, and internal controls. * Provide close follow-up and **dedicated service to key clients**, fostering trust-based relationships. * Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements in risk management. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field. * **\+7 years of experience** in credit and risk management. * **\+5 years of experience leading credit risk departments**, preferably in manufacturing, hardware, plastics, glass, or transformation companies. * Strong knowledge of **corporate credit analysis** and portfolio management. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (financial modeling, reporting, KPIs). * Experience with **ERP Oracle** (mandatory). * Ability to present clear and strategic information to senior management. * Results-oriented, leadership skills, and strong decision-making capabilities. ### **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Negotiation and decision-making. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Preparation of documents for invoice delivery to: customers, bank, cashiers, and distribution to branches 2. Disbursement and review of fuel reimbursement verification: 3. Application of floor plan operations for exchanges 17. Generate shipping labels (Estafeta) 18. Review unsettled transactions with sales managers 19. Record bank commissions from Bancomer and BanRegio. 20. Generate credit notes and charge notes 21.
