NATIONAL CAFE IS LOOKING FOR (1) OPERATIONS MANAGER. **REQUIREMENTS:** **\-Academic Background:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Gastronomy, Financial Engineering, Business, Tourism, or related fields. *(University degree required).* **Work Experience:** * **Minimum 2 years** as supervisor, shift leader, or manager in the food and beverage industry. * Proven experience in **direct café operations**: barista work, extraction methods, beverage preparation, inventory control, and incident resolution. * Experience in **personnel management**, training, and shift scheduling. * Experience in managing **costs, sales, shrinkage, and operational control**. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency with **espresso machines**, grinders, milk steaming, alternative brewing methods (V60, French press, Chemex, etc.), and cold beverage preparation. * Basic knowledge of **recipe costing**, inventory control, product rotation, and GMP. * Familiarity with administrative tools: Excel, spreadsheets, POS systems, sales reports, and cash handling. * Knowledge in developing or implementing **internal policies**, operational manuals, and service standards. * Basic **conflict resolution** and customer service techniques. **Additional Requirements** * **Valid driver's license**. * **Availability to travel between branches** and cover operational needs. * Flexible schedule availability (opening, closing, and weekends). * Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor. * Understanding of food safety regulations and GMP. **WE OFFER:** \-Net monthly salary of $14,000. \-Statutory benefits. \-Free uniforms and beverages. \-Opportunities for implementation and growth. \-Productivity bonuses.
