Position Mission** Ensure efficient and timely management of Larousse’s supply chain—from goods receipt through to distribution to stores or customers—guaranteeing optimal inventory levels, product handling quality, on-time delivery, and controlled costs; thereby ensuring logistics operations support business growth, product availability, and customer satisfaction. ### **3. Key Functions and Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise all logistics processes: goods receipt, storage, inventory control, order picking, dispatch, and distribution. * Design and implement the logistics strategy, including defining storage policies, distribution routes, minimum/maximum inventory levels, delivery timelines, and selection of carriers or third-party logistics providers. * Coordinate the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle, ensuring goods arrive at stores on time and in full. * Supervise and lead the assigned team—including warehouse, distribution, and logistics staff—by advising, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Collaborate with and negotiate with suppliers, carriers, manufacturers, and other logistics partners to optimize costs, timelines, and service quality. * Maintain control over inventory levels, stock turnover, safety stock, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Analyze operational and logistics data (inventory, costs, timelines, KPIs) to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and ensure achievement of cost, efficiency, and service objectives. * Ensure all logistics operations comply with internal policies, quality standards, safety and hygiene requirements, as well as applicable regulations. * Coordinate logistics integration with retail operations: receipt of fashion merchandise, distribution to stores, returns management, seasonal rotation, collections, etc., considering the specificities of the fashion sector. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Apparel and Fashion *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=693857af5a000032008e722a&source=indeed*
