**Objective:** Carry out formulation, monitoring, and control activities in the development of new products or line product reformulations, which include but are not limited to: sensory analyses, application testing, shelf life, support in pilot tests and monitoring thereof. **Education:** Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Biology (QFB), or Biotechnology Engineering. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with the quality management system * Perform physicochemical analyses on products, reformulations, and commercial samples. * Generate shelf-life reports for new products and reformulations. * Monitor tests conducted at the plant. * Support monitoring activities of pilot tests for approved new products and reformulations. * Review system specifications. * Develop formulations for new products. * Inspect laboratory order and cleanliness.
