




Job Summary: The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for recording financial transactions, performing bank reconciliations, managing invoicing, providing tax support, and maintaining document control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recording and entry of income, expenses, and journal entries into accounting systems. 2. Management of electronic invoicing and control of accounts receivable and payable. 3. Assistance in preparing tax-related information and handling procedures with the IMSS. ***Accounting Assistant*** Main Responsibilities * **Recording and Entry:** Enter income, expenses, and journal entries into accounting systems such as CONTPAQi or SAP. * **Bank Reconciliations:** Reconcile bank account transactions with the company's internal records. * **Invoicing Management:** Prepare electronic invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable. * **Tax Support:** Prepare information for monthly tax filings with the SAT and handle procedures via the IDSE or SUA platforms of the IMSS. * **Document Control:** Organize and archive tax and accounting files both physically and digitally.
