Opportunity to resolve technical issues and work collaboratively. **Job Objective** Provide technical support to company users regarding email, device configuration, networks, printers, and systems; administer email backups; and perform maintenance on the organization’s technological services. The primary objective is to ensure operational continuity of IT services. **Main Responsibilities** * Configuration and support for email accounts (Outlook, Webmail, POP, IMAP, Exchange). * Troubleshooting email sending and receiving issues. * Configuration of email signatures, PST files, and email migration across devices. * Support for printers, computers, and peripherals. * Administration of email backups. * Configuration of LAN and WiFi networks. * Connectivity diagnostics for modems, routers, and switches. * Basic hosting and webmail administration. * Software installation and updates. * Preventive equipment maintenance. **Required Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Outlook configuration. * Webmail and mail server management. * PST file administration. * TCP/IP networking. * Windows 10 and Windows 11\ support. * Hardware diagnostics. * Router and WiFi network configuration. **Candidate Profile** * Technician or Engineer in Computer Systems or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical support. * Ability to resolve end-user technical issues. * Strong communication skills and user-oriented attitude. **Key Competencies** * Service orientation and user empathy. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and proactive attitude.
