Rafias Industriales invites you to join its team as: **Ink Matcher** **Requirements** * High school diploma (technical track) * Minimum age: 25 years * 1 year of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of inventory and product control, product handling and storage, flexography, and flexographic printing. **Responsibilities:** 1. Shift handover (handing over and receiving responsibilities). 2. Ensure proper storage and handling of products. 3. Match required inks according to the printing schedule, meeting established quality requirements. 4. Generate and safeguard ink drawdowns for Pantone validation. 5. Validate print startup samples to ensure correct Pantone colors. 6. Support press operators in making print adjustments when Pantone tones are inaccurate. 7. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. 8. Remain available for ongoing training and development of operational skills. 9. Prepare accurate ink-matching and inventory-control reports. 10. Adhere to continuous improvement methodologies. 11.
