This person will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring tax compliance, and preparing accurate and timely financial reports. We value commitment, responsibility, professional ethics, and punctuality as fundamental pillars of performance in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record, classify, and analyze the company’s financial transactions. * Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Oversee compliance with tax obligations (filings, tax payments, etc.). * Coordinate with the administrative department to ensure proper flow of accounting information. * Manage internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. * Implement sound accounting practices and propose improvements to financial processes. * Control and reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of local tax regulations and financial accounting. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Contpaq, COI, Aspel, QuickBooks, or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and professional ethics. * Commitment to deadlines and timely delivery of reports. * Organized, discreet individual with a high sense of confidentiality. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and profile. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company.
