Ensures accuracy of employee records, work hours, deductions, and benefits information, supporting timely and correct payroll processing. Handles sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter employee payroll data (hours worked, overtime, bonuses, deductions) * Update employee records (salary changes, new hires, terminations) * Validate and cross\-check payroll information * Upload payroll files into payroll or HR systems * Support payroll specialists with reports and documentation * Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee data **Skills \& Knowledge** * Data entry and data validation * Basic payroll concepts (gross pay, net pay, deductions) * Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets * Payroll or HR systems (ADP, SAP, Workday, or similar) * Strong attention to detail * Time management * Confidential information handling **Education** * High school diploma or technical degree in administration, accounting, or HR * (Preferred) Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or HR **Experience** * 6 months to 2 years in data entry, payroll support, or administrative roles * Experience working with payroll or HR data is a plus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
