Position Summary: We are seeking responsible Field Collection Officers to validate customer data, develop payment plans, and build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for validating customer data for credit applications 2. Developing payment plans for customers in arrears 3. Building long-term relationships with customers Banco Azteca Ciudad Hidalgo is hiring FIELD COLLECTION OFFICERS Requirements: * Valid motorcycle driver's license * Ability to operate a standard motorcycle * Completed secondary education * Flexible availability * Strong verbal communication skills * Experience in customer service or sales of any kind Responsibilities: As a Field Collection Officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, developing payment plans for customers during their initial weeks of delinquency, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
